POLICY IS 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIVAL OF GOODS. UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN NOT GIVE CREDIT ANY MERCHANDISE AFTER 14 DAYS. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR , YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT IT WAS RECEIVED. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING ALONG WITH THE HANGTAG INTACT.

TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, WE REQUIRE A PROOF OF PURCHASE OR THE ORDER CONFIRMATION FORM (THE FIRST EMAIL YOU’VE RECEIVED FROM US). ANY ITEM NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, IS DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS FOR REASONS NOT DUE TO OUR ERROR WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.
IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED FOR STORE CREDIT.
